Named for the void.

The gap between what businesses need and what most technology providers can actually deliver. We started Cloudvoid to fill it.

Our Story

We didn't start with a business plan. We started with a problem.

After 15+ years in enterprise IT — building, migrating, and operating infrastructure for organizations across six continents — one thing became painfully clear: the industry had a professionalism problem.

Consultancies sold slide decks they couldn't implement. MSPs triaged tickets without understanding the systems behind them. Hyperscalers handed out catalogs and called it a solution. And in between all of that, businesses were left managing five vendors just to get one job done.

Cloudvoid was built to be the provider we wished existed when we were on the other side of the table. A team of real engineers — not a collection of certifications and a sales deck — who could handle everything from cloud architecture to desktop support under one roof. No hand-offs. No junior staff learning on your dime. No discovery calls that lead to two weeks of silence.

Today we serve businesses of every size across three divisions: Consulting & Engineering for the strategic and complex work, Managed Services for the day-to-day operations, and Foundation — a private cloud platform we built from scratch because we couldn't find one that worked the way our clients needed.

Sabrin Freedman-Alexander

Chief Executive Officer · Principal Architect

Sabrin's career in IT spans 20+ years across defense, healthcare, enterprise R&D, automation systems, and cloud engineering. Starting as a systems administrator in the Israeli Defense Forces, he progressed through increasingly senior engineering and leadership roles — from enterprise R&D and industrial automation to healthcare systems administration at one of the Middle East's largest medical centers.

In addition to his enterprise career, Sabrin spent nearly a decade as an independent consultant, working with over 400 organizations across six continents — earning a Top 1% reputation in the global engineering community. That direct exposure to what businesses actually need (and what most providers get wrong) became the foundation for Cloudvoid.

He holds 20+ industry certifications across Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, and cloud platforms, along with professional education from MIT. He's been recognized as a Forbes Technology Council member. But more importantly — he still does the work. When you engage Cloudvoid, there's a good chance the person on the other end of the call is the one who built the company.

We're not cheap. But we're worth every dollar.

Lean by design

We hire for quality, not quantity. Every engineer on our team is a battle-tested veteran. You don't get 20-person meetings — you get the person who's going to solve your problem.

Fast turnaround

We don't get on a discovery call and then spend two weeks looking for someone to do the job. We've done this so many times we know the true value in time and money. We scope fast and start faster.

No hand-offs

The engineer who scopes your work is the same one who builds it. No partner-to-junior bait-and-switch. No outsourcing your project to someone you've never met.

Experience you can't fake

We're not just a collection of certifications. Our team has seen it all — from legacy mainframes to cutting-edge cloud-native architectures. We know what works because we've built it, broken it, and fixed it.

Full stack, one vendor

From cloud strategy to computer support. Most providers specialize in one layer and point you somewhere else for the rest. We cover the full stack so you don't have to manage five vendors.

Cleanup specialists

We can't count how many times we've done cleanup duty after other companies. Failed migrations, botched deployments, half-built environments — we come in, assess, fix, and stabilize.

Industry Experience

We've worked across every major industry.

Our Journey

How we got here.

The Early Years

Enterprise IT foundation

Sabrin begins his career in systems administration with the Israeli Defense Forces. Moves into enterprise R&D, industrial automation, and cloud engineering — building deep expertise across Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and datacenter operations.

The Consulting Years

400+ organizations, six continents

In parallel with his enterprise career, Sabrin consults independently for nearly a decade — working with over 400 organizations worldwide. Earns a Top 1% reputation in the global engineering community. Learns firsthand what companies actually need from a technology partner — and what most providers get wrong.

Healthcare

Enterprise leadership

Takes on a senior systems administration and team lead role at one of the Middle East's largest medical centers. Manages mission-critical healthcare infrastructure at scale — the final enterprise role before founding Cloudvoid.

2019

Cloudvoid is born

Founded as a high-end cloud consulting practice focused on Azure and AWS. Named for the void between what businesses need and what providers deliver. Starts with consulting, grows into managed services as clients keep asking "can you also just run all of this for us?"

Growth

From consulting to platform

Expands into full managed services. Begins designing and building a private cloud platform — Foundation — from the ground up. Earns Forbes Technology Council membership, Marquis Who's Who recognition, and grows to serve clients across defense, healthcare, finance, education, and more.

Today

Three divisions. One standard.

Cloudvoid operates as a full-spectrum technology company: Consulting & Engineering for the strategic work, Managed Services for day-to-day IT, and Foundation as a private cloud platform. Same team. Same standards. Zero compromise.

No slide decks. No runaround. Just a conversation about what you need and how we'd solve it.
